Our Operating Partners will help us with the operation model and the steps required to implement our programs. 

• Starting with Site Selection and Planning by identifying suitable location based on soil type, climate biodiversity needs and land usage requirements. 
• They will also work on acquiring the necessary permits and legal compliances required to conduct the tree planting exercise. 
• Using correct planting techniques such as direct seeding, sapling planting or agroforestry, we will align with our clients the planting activities and make sure that planting is done at the optimal season for tree survival and growth. 
• We will coordinate with our clients and our operating partner to provide our clients the choice of planting their own trees in the designated locations or selected private locations based on agreements. 
• Once the trees are planted we will provide our clients with Tree Planting certifications and Carbon offsetting progress reports as well as Onsite pictures and imagery. 
• Monitoring and Maintaining and providing care such as watering weeding and protections. 

Creating Visual impact reports, such as measuring carbon sequestration, biodiversity restoration and social impact assessments and community benefits. 

Earthly Will publish these reports for the public and will share specialized reports for each client involved directly in our tree planting initiative. 

To reach our goals and objectives Scaling and replication will require creating best practices by documenting lessons learned and successful strategies. Promoting tree planting initiatives through awareness campaigns and policy advocacy. 

Expanding into new regions with our partners and connected network of organizations to help us replicate the model in other cities and countries.
